"FANTASTIC" in all senses of the word not only for the excellent artwork but also for the charachters fittig perfectly in the rough environment of a violent Story.
I congratulate you for having the courage of being the first to illustrate a Nation´s drama which turns it all into "REALISTIC" comics.

Ups Daniel!!! Acabo de visitar "Out of Picture" y he leído que eres natural de Córdoba!!!

Daniel, I found that your illustrations for “silent echoes” is just short of amazing. I think that the caricature you did is incredible. The imagination behind this piece for your book leaves me in awe. You have a very fine illustrative style. There is a lot of wonderful creativity going on in your drawing. My mind thinks realistically and I don’t have the gift that it takes to build this imaginary world populated by these incredibly colorful characters. I wish I could stretch my world and end up in this artsy place with color and creation where the human body attains shapes and attitudes similar to silly putty or play do. “Fem Fatal, Rivet town, History of hair” and all the other fringe illustrations are absolute gold. Your “Steam Era” is pretty amazing series art . I’d love to find out what your inspirations are. I think you inspired me to pick up a pencil and surrealistically doodle my own little world.

Jose Ramos said...

Hello Daniel:

This piece is gorgeous. I'm lost in it. For some reason it in a small way reminds me of some works by Francis Bacon.
